After watching Fahrenheit 9/11 I really don't like Michael Moor, I don't think it is appropriate to talk so much trash about our once commander and chief especially after such a traumatizing event that hurt so many people and this country. I understand that big government officials don't always say the nicest things to each other but they are at least contributing to this country and dedicating their time. I disagree with so many things Mr. Moor pointed out especially when he was making fun of the president for sitting there quietly when he heard the news of the terrorist attack on 9/11 while he was at the elementary school. The President did the right thing, he sat there for a few moments thinking so he didn't scare or worry the children and teachers and then he excused himself and asked to be taken to Washington. That is what happened, I have no idea where Michael Moor got his story from but it sounds ridiculous to me.

I agree with you completely. It was difficult to trust anything that Michael Moore said because of the ways in which he presented his information. I think that if Michael Moore was trying to influence the people of America who liked President Bush to instead hate President Bush, he failed. No one will want to listen to a man who tries to make our president look like a good-for-nothing hillbilly.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you that Michael Moor was not right. If Bush actually did sit there for the time that Michael said then I do agree with him. I think that Bush should have not gone to the school in the first place if he heard about the first tower before he got there. That is his job, not going to read at an elementary school. I agree with you on the tone of the documentary as well because it was inappropriate for the situation.
