I think that the gender stereotypes in our culture are derived from the fundamental differences. I think that people think people act a certain way from things that experience and very much so from television and the internet. I think that television is a major influence because most people watch tv growing up or read/hear about things and how people act. They connect those things to the people who do them. When they see people like them they start making assumptions. I think that many people use stereotypes but I do not agree with them. People with strong stereotypes should open up to other things to show that their beliefs might not always be true.
